Art Director - Vinelab - Lebanon

We need someone who can
- Embrace collaboration with cross functional teams;
- Lead and build a team of designers;
- Innovate in the digital space;
- Extend global communications strategies to digital;
- Refine the digital creative production process;
- Work from a brief with a copywriter, generate ideas to present to the client;
- Work on designs to produce an effective digital campaign and presentation;
- Commission specialists to work on projects;
- Manage projects and work within a budget;
- Edit the final results for presentation to the client;

Skills & Experience
- Creative, diplomatic, cool under pressure. Have a thick skin and fantastic interpersonal skills;
- Passionate, approachable, upbeat and fun;
- Knowledge of the Arabic entertainment industry;
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary;
- Social Networking experience a must, tools i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc;
- Great writing skills and excellent command over Arabic both written and spoken;
- Good command over English both written and spoken;
- Candidate must be willing to work around the clock, in case of emergency;
- The drive to excel and succeed; self-motivated;
- Have a thorough understanding of photography, typography and printing techniques;
- Have excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software packages;
- Have a good eye for detail;
- Be able to see other people's point of view and cope with criticism;
- Be able to work within strict budgets;
