Recruiting a digital consultant who is able to do the following:
- Develop good understanding to the account's daily business process
- Be able to associate products and solutions represented with Account's business needs and challenges
- Manage sales of represented products and solutions with a list of accounts. This involves managing customer relationships, and understanding key decision elements within the accounts to achieve results
- Address business opportunities in the list of named accounts by following a proper sales engagement model to develop opportunities and achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Generate periodic sales forecasts and pipeline for the list of Accounts
- Provide periodic reporting to management on sales activities
- Develop a good technical / functional knowledge in the product(s) or solutions(s) represented for effective sales results
- Cooperate and coordinate with other sales and technical personnel to maximize the benefits of teamwork
- Help in maximizing customer satisfaction through commitment and quality of work
- Strong business development, technical presentation skills, and the ability to present technical concepts and business solutions clearly through demonstrations and proposals
- Achieve target requested by the management

Communication and Design Specialist - D-RASATI - Lebanon

D-RASATI is funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). The D-RASATI program in Lebanon is seeking a creative design consultant/firm to assist in developing communication materials for the project. D-RASATI is looking to engage a consultant or firm on retainer. Work will be intermittent, by task as needed, with payment by deliverable.

Qualifications
- Established design credentials (reputation and track record for a firm; degree/training certificate and track record for individual consultant)
- Previous work with non-profit, non-governmental organizations or philanthropic organizations required;
- Knowledge of the field of education a plus;
- Portfolio of work for review.

D-RASATI initial work
he first task required is the design of a project brochure that explains the project and its aims. The information in the brochure will not exceed an A4 paper. The project has drafted text; hence the task mainly focuses on the graphic design and layout of the brochure in an attractive and compelling manner.

UX Consultants work on large scale web initiatives such as Corporate Web Portals and Enterprise Intranets from conception to completion following our trademark methodology, PortalElements™.

As a UX Consultant you will
- Travel frequently to the client site, in MENA and the US
- Collect and analyze customer and user requirements
- Conceptualize and design web solutions and sites
- Analyze, map and improve business processes
- Prepare analysis documentation, wireframes and project deliverables
- Plan, monitor and control projects
- Collect, review, edit, create and publish content
- Train clients and new hires on the use of solutions and analysis techniques
- Create marketing materials such as white papers, brochures and blogs

A UX Consultant should have
- University degree from an accredited University
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills
- Excellent communication & listening skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic
- Passion for web trends and technologies and a love of great design
- An uncompromising work ethic and a drive to excel
- 1+ year analysis and UI design
- 3-6+ years professional experience
- 1-3+ years experience in the web domain
- Demonstrable experience interfacing with corporate clients at the executive level
- Experience with UCD techniques such as User Task Analysis, Customer Interviewing, JAD and Usability testing.
- Experience in the telecom, real estate and financial sectors is a plus
