Freelance Graphic Designers - CreateSpace
Potential applicants must be detail-oriented self-starters comfortable working independently, while adhering to strict deadlines and specifications. The most qualified candidates will have at least five years book design/publishing experience and will be familiar with current industry standards.
All applicants must own and be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite 4 or 5 (especially InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat), Microsoft Excel, and must be comfortable with using the Internet. Payment is based per assignment and is processed monthly with the option for direct deposit or check.
Pre-selected candidates will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete a non-paid sample assignment. Selected applicants will need to sign a work for hire contract.

Senior Flash Developer - Cleartag - Lebanon
The Senior Flash Developer will assist in the development of the front and back-end systems efforts, with a particular focus on Flash web development. He/She will be working closely with developers, QA, designers, system engineers and product managers in developing applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and build applications in Flash CS5 and Action Script 3.0.
- Understand and gather requirements. Create technical designs and document all system changes.
- Perform unit/system and integration testing on own work and the work of others .
- Participate in Design and Code Reviews .
- Follow and enhance existing development processes .
- Measure and verify that new and old code has acceptable performance.
- Consistently meeting project deadlines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Multimedia or degree in a related area.
- 3+ years software development experience in a professional context.
- Basic Knowledge of CSS3/HTML5.
- Expert understanding of ActionScript 3
- Expert knowledge of integrating Flash with server side technologies, XML, PHP, ASP.
- Must have a good feel for design, animation, and usability.
