Play a pivotal role in evolving the design and improving the quality of our web design/redesign projects and products

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product Management team to turn ideas into reality by creating wireframes/low fidelity prototypes (LFPs)/high fidelity prototypes (HFPs) of items in our product road map
- Partner with the web team lead to drive the design journey by providing iterative feedback when working with our design partners to improve the quality, context and user-friendliness of delivered wireframes/LFPs and HFPs
- Stay on top of the latest trends and techniques in user-centric web design, usability, graphic design and share findings with the team
- Build a library of effective design patterns and styles that can be used or reused in ongoing projects and products
- Conduct usability testing to validate design ideas and build simpler, more user-friendly experiences


Requirements
- Extremely passionate about user experience design, usability, creating simple, effective, user-friendly, elegant and sophisticated user-interfaces
- Master craftsman of front-end technologies such as HTML/HTML5/CSS/CSS3/Javascript/AJAX etc. and design tools such as Adobe CS5: Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks
- Ninja grade skills at creating wireframes, LFPs and HFPs
- Outstanding communication skills - which will be required when providing reams of feedback to design partners
- A solid team player - someone who can partner with his or her colleagues
- Ability to comfortably work on multiple projects and products
- Be creative, fast, and self-critical.
- Be collaborative and communicative.
- Mobile UX experience is a plus

Salary range AED 15,000 – 25,000 per month (based on experience)

Ableton AG are looking for a User Interface designer for their desktop application and website. They work in mixed, agile teams, which means you’ll be collaborating and iterating constantly.

They're looking for someone who can create efficient and attractive user interfaces that work in the real world, for real users. This means you can work quickly, creatively (within the realm of existing and evolving brand guidelines), and have experience in user interface and visual design. The role is at least 2 days per week, but could be a full-time role for the right person.

Profile
- You have a degree in graphic design, web design, UI design or equivalent experience
- You have 1-2 years experience in UI design
- You’re happy working with other designers and developers, as well as agencies and their guidelines

Web Designer and Project Coordinator - IMD - Switzerland

The Web Designer and Project coordinator works closely with the Web Marketing Manager and the members of the Communications and Web Marketing departments who produce design and content for Marketing and Communication initiatives. He or she will also work alongside with the different IMD External Relations teams, IS teams and external agencies.

- Coordination of marketing and communication projects
- Graphical production and animation: image teaser, graphical animation and video
- Web site and content production: sitemap, information architecture, pages creation
- Test and maintenance: user acceptance test, site maintenance
- Support to IMD departments contributors

Desired Skills & Experience
- Fine art or equivalent visual design school with specialization in web or graphical animations.
- Agile project management approach (SCRUM)
- Speaks and writes English fluently, ideally mother tongue.
- Software skills: Photoshop, Flash, After effect, FinalCut, Dreamweaver, MS-Office
- 5 years of experience in graphic design and at least 3 years project coordination
